How to Sign Up For DUI School in Sarasota

If a person enters a plea for a DUI in Florida, the law requires the person to enroll in and complete the DUI School Program. In some cases, it may also be beneficial to enter into the DUI School program while the criminal case is still pending, before a plea is entered. The prosecutor and Judge will often look favorably on a person who takes the initiative to enter the program on their own accord.
