Joseph E. Soler, Esq.

     Joe Soler is a fighter who will do everything in his power to make sure that his clients are well represented and taken care of. He has a decade of experience defending individuals who have been accused of crimes and helping those who have been injured.
 

     Joe Soler is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University and Stetson University College of Law, where he received a full-tuition scholarship.  While at Stetson, he received the highest class grade in Trial Advocacy (where law students learn the art and science of courtroom and trial law) and was honored with the Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
 

     After law school, he worked with the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, FL where he represented hundreds of people facing criminal charges. Joe strongly believes in the sanctity of all human life and the inherent dignity of every human person. He combines his strong desire to fight for the individual with his creative talents to offer a unique and compelling presence in the courtroom.

     Jeremy Simon is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who has handled hundreds of jury trials—he simply excels in front of a judge and jury in the courtroom. Mr. Simon is a former prosecutor.  He has practiced law in over a dozen Judicial Circuits in the State of Florida and is not afraid to take on any adversary, in any setting.  In addition, Mr. Simon has an excellent reputation in the legal community among his fellow attorneys and judges.
 

     Jeremy Simon is a graduate of Florida State University and Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, he interned with the Sixth Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office

(which covers Pinellas County and Pasco County) prosecuting criminal offenses ranging from petit theft and battery, to car-jacking and aggravated assault. Mr. Simon was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award and recognized for his skills by being selected for an invitation-only oral advocacy competition before graduating law school.
 

     After passing the Florida bar exam, Mr. Simon went to work with the 12th Judicial Circuit (which covers DeSoto County, Manatee County and Sarasota County), where he prosecuted
DUIs, simple batteries, and other criminal matters. For the past ten years, Mr. Simon has been in private practice where he has represented thousands of individuals who have been charged with crimes or who have been injured in accidents ranging from car accidents and slip and fall, to serious injuries and medical malpractice.
