Client was charged with a felony out of Pinellas County while he was on probation in both Sarasota County and Charlotte County. As a result of picking up the Pinellas felony, he violated probation in both Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. We fought, and beat, the Pinellas County new charge violation. We were then able to get both VOPs dismissed, and the client out of jail, within two weeks.
