RESULTS MATTER! Multiple Drug Charges Dropped.

Client was charged with multiple counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance after a traffic stop allegedly revealed controlled substances within a car. We filed a motion to suppress the narcotics found. In the motion to suppress, we challenged the basis for the stop and search of the car and the basis for the detainment and search of the defendant. The prosecutor dropped all charges at the hearing for the motion suppress, before the hearing actually took place.
